Spot prawns 2 ways.
Part 2 - Last post was on the spot prawns being lightly boiled and served with dipping sauce. The second batch, we pan fried and seasoned them with herbs. Because of the coating, the prawns are more flavourful in a different way (as opposed to the natural sweetness), especially the shell. Like I mentioned before though, I prefer the boiling method because sometimes the meat of the pan fried ones are a bit tougher. With that said, they are still delicious, and we look forward to spot prawn season every year!
